The hook is similar to a D ring closure, one side suspending a golden chain with bow and a round pearl bead with a chain drop suspending a clear crystal heart. On the other side the hook suspends a round pearl bead dropping to a pair of wings with a flat backed pearl button in the shape of a heart, and from there a fine golden metal cross.
These are lovely in the ear.
