A point to remember when applying these cups on clean dry skin is to make sure you adjust ( stretch )your skin above the boob as you are applying it. 

I have 64 yr old boobs, and while they are not big, but they are all in the bottom if you get my drift.. Tennis ball in a stocking kinda thing !! So for me I place the centre hole directly over the nipple and stretch the skin on my upper chest as I place the cup from the underneath of the boob to get the best lift. Saying that every boob is different so you will find the best way for your shape by testing the placement.  I suggest you place and wear them around the house before you test them on a night out.
